What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

A lot of our event quotes are generated for guests on an event-specific basis. With the option to add on additional drinks packages, upgrade your basic package to include extras or even if you'd like to hire some glassware for another day or two - this is all something that we can offer!
In order to run any event with Piano Bar Events - we will need running water, power and somewhere to clean our equipment. When submitting your quote, please provide us with as much detail as you can (we even like to know what your favourite cocktail is!) so we can tailor our services for your event.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The more information about your event the better. This gives us the opportunity to create a bespoke package for you and your guests to have a truly memorable experience. From personalised cocktails based on your favourite memories to wines and spirits and everything in-between. We want you to have a fantastic time and the more you can tell us the more we can offer. Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Piano Bar Events are a family run business based in Beverley, East Yorkshire. We took an old unloved Piano and up-cycled it to work as a fully functioning bar for all types of events. Since then we have expanded to 2 Piano Bars, a pop-up bar for masterclasses or small serves such as G&T's/Aperol Spritz to be able to make sure the drinks stay flowing at every event!
From serving the drinks, liaising with guests, marketing, website design and cocktail creation we do it all. You'll be dealing with us every step of the way in your booking process!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We love that Add to Event has become well known within a lot of circles. From wedding planners to day to day guests just wanting something extra at their next event. We've had people say that they have seen us on Add to Event and book after falling in love with the look and feel of what we have to offer.
Our personal favourite was a Mexican themed 21st birthday where we tailored the event to fit in with the Mexican theme. Think Margaritas (the cocktails, not the pizzas!), Tequila cocktails and a few shots in-between!
