What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
The expected footfall, proposed horsebox selling spot and location of the event itself. A date for the event and what type of event is it. Is it a corporate booking or will the customer pay themselves? How many other coffee sellers are expected at the event
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Are the suppliers using sustainable packaging? i.e paper bags or wooden stirrers etc? Do they have any company ideals and what are they? How is their carbon footprint affecting the environment? Are they supporting/ using local / best practice suppliers?
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
This is not a make money quick scheme, We roast coffee using an ECO roaster meaning that the roaster itself burns coffee ground waste and converts back into energy, that is used to not only power the roaster but the whole factory.
Our used coffee cups can be sent back to the supplier and recycled into plastic products such as clocks or Tupperware.
We started this business to chip away at environmentally unfriendly coffee sells from high street brands to side of the road startups. We can sell coffee ethically and sustainably, every booking we receive allows us to take a step closer to achieving our dream of environmentally friendly coffee trading with a minimal negative impact on this wonderful planet.
