Coffee Bike is a renovated vintage tricycle offering a range of luxury and specialty hot drinks to the Worcester area. This ethical coffee bar deals only in fairtrade and organic coffee and chocolate. The vintage tricycle offers an interesting centerpiece for any wedding or party, and for corporate events private branding can be placed onto the cups and bike.

What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need an event date, time and location.
We also need a brief explanation of the type of event, estimated number of guests, a brief description about the access to the site and the actual pitch on which we will be trading. Height restrictions, slopes, steps etc, as well as access to power and water are all important factors.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask the provider about the product they are offering. What equipment are they using? This can affect the quality of the drinks. Ask for their typical menu - are different menus available? Is a bespoke menu available? Are the products organic and/or fairtrade? How flexible can the supplier be with timings?

Coffee Bike Worcester was born through a love of bikes and coffee - Coffee Bike seemed the perfect answer! Customer service and focus is key to our service, we are very passionate about this and would not want to provide drinks that we would not want ourselves - why would you? As well as providing a professional service we also have a lot of fun with our customers at Coffee Bike, regularly making bespoke drinks not on our menus!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

One particular event that was booked through Add to Event was a 50th Anniversary Celebration at PrinceThorpe College. As the only stall providing gourmet quality drinks we had a constant demand from start to finish, in spite of almost constant rain. Both the bike and our menus are always great talking points when serving the customers and everyone seemed really pleased by their drinks.

Coffee Bike proved it's flexibility and versatility through not only serving drinks within the main event area but also within the camp site for persons stopping over. The client left a great review for us following the event and has offered the opportunity of future event business also.
