To help us to quote, please tell us the date of your event, what type of event it is and where it is. How many guests are you hoping for? Also, does your venue have a kitchen with equipment and crockery or would you like us to provide everything required?

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would like to see any reviews or testimonials. They must have a good food hygiene rating. Do they have friendly staff to offer great service - as that is very important. Do they buy good quality ingredients from good suppliers?

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started the business, simply because I love feeding people. I think the gathering of friends sharing food is something special. Soiree Catering took off and has grown in success beyond my dreams. I pride myself on nothing less than 5*. Every event is different and challenging but very rewarding too!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We catered for a corporate Christmas party last year. It was in a marquee with a few issues relating to the power source provided by the client. We worked hard and got everything sorted with wonderful feedback from all the guests. I won the job, aware that they had already received 10 other quotes. I probably would have never got the chance if it hadn't of been for this platform. It works well for me providing enquiries. Quote for the jobs you want and leave the ones you don't. Great idea!
