What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

I like to be able to quote you accurately so that you know exactly what it is you are paying for. Please give me as much info as possible as this will be a huge help to me. In addition the more info I have will also help me with menu planning bespoke to your event. A brief description of your event, how many guests you are expecting, what is your venue like (is power available or would you like me to be self-sufficient, what is the parking like too). The more info you can share the better :)

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the price you are quoted includes everything (including mileage!). The last thing you want is your budget blown through the roof at the last minute with lots of hidden costs. In addition, what are they offering? What is their hygiene rating and how do they present themselves and their unit - this is important and tells you a lot about them as a supplier. I have very high standards and want to ensure both my unit and I are perfectly presented to professionally represent you at your event.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I used to be a nurse in the RAF and after 12 years I retired this year. I love crêpes and used to get frustrated when I couldn't find a decent mobile crêperie that offered flexibility and quality without extortionate prices. Being able to provide my customers with tasty crêpes and allowing them to test out their taste buds and try something new makes me happy. My focus is flexibility and working with you to support your event, ensuring a fab time is had by all.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Being quite new in the industry means I have only had a couple of events through Add to Event, but my proudest moment was receiving my first 5* review. This meant I had delivered customer satisfaction - exactly what I aim to! Another customer has also come back to me as they were so happy with my little business, this made me so proud to work with an amazing customer and get the opportunity to work with them again. Fab!!
