For us to provide an accurate quote we ideally need; The event date, location, what type of event you are hosting, the number of guests and area dimensions provided for requested equipment including distance from van to set up area. We will also need to know running times and collection times and any other requirements from the client.
Always provide as much information as possible it may seem pointless but to us it's critical we know as much as possible.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please try to be specific with what you are asking such as; stage is it indoor or outdoor also the reason for hire i.e. band or performers, speeches presentations.
Dancefloors, will the event be outside or inside? What type of flooring where will the dancefloor be placed?
Lighting...will you have ample extensions and a relevant power source for your event?

My business partner and I grew up in army families attending summer and Christmas balls, we used to help set up and enjoy looking at people having a good time. As we grew older and both working in areas we did not enjoy, we decided to start buying equipment. The years went on and we slowly built up our stock and decided we wanted to be able to offer people every aspect of the event industry and this year I can proudly announce we can provide every part of the infrastructure for either a festival, wedding, community event or party.
