What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide you with a great quote we would need dates, times, venue address, number of guests. If the request is for decorations, we also need to know the number of tables etc. Basically, the more information the better.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask as many questions as you need to and ask to see previous work. We are always happy to meet with our customers to discuss ideas with them, will they do that?

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We started Creative Decorations as we have always loved throwing parties for friends and family. We also decorated our own wedding! So when someone mentioned 'why don't you do this as a business', that is what we did, and all of this happened within the last 4 years.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have had many bookings through Add to Event. The process of answering requests is very easy and the fact they nearly always leave you a review is really helpful. We have gained lots of repeat business from a local council just from answering one enquiry.
