What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

In order for EstarArtistics to provide a comprehensive quote, we seek to find more information on the type of service the customer requires, such as if they would like the service requested to be personalised, for example a themed event. Those services are more tailored to accomplish the end vision of the customer's goal. If the customer requires a standard package the fee will be less than a more detailed package.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise the client to ask for images or videos of the service required. I would also recommend they find out about insurance and any certificates needed to preform the skill/service. Also look for testimonials and star rating.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We started EstarArtistics after throwing a wide range of parties for close friends and family. Our guests always complimented on the experience and suggested taking it up on a business level.

Pleasing and entertaining others made us happy to see the joy and fun created by us enjoyed by others.
After hosting and doing our first face painting session at a kids party, parents started requesting the service. This is how EstarArtistics started kids party services. Bringing an artist in art writing, singing and dancing, hosting shows, exhibitions and so on it became evident that success can be achieved.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have had a few bookings via Add to Event and are very happy to be able to use this site to gain new clients and business opportunities. For one of our bookings the request was only for 2 of our services. We ended up hosting the whole party and providing more than what was originally requested.
