What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to complete a comprehensive quote to you, ideally we need the following information on the following: Date of event, a brief description of the type of event you are hosting, estimated numbers of guests, the venue whether its outdoor indoor our multi-floor venue, how many casualty's you have had in past events, what insurance, security, we can then use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable equipment and staff list and design.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice would be to look at the current and previous events they have covered like reviews, social media, insurances etc the list is endless but you can see reviews and ratings which should help and the experience of the owners to give you that assurance of the experience.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

At RJVM we have a total of 20 years within the health care system from care homes, private ambulance service and NHS, we all have experience in events as medical staff and security and we came together and support the NHS services with regards to Patient Transport service, Medical cover for events, and training people to the highest standard of first aid and medical services.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have had a number of events through Add to Event and one has left a very positive review and we are awaiting confirmation and the date to do others. We are very pleased that we can help events go forward after the last 2-3 years we have had with covered 19 going on and we do anything to assist events throughout to make them as successful as possible for the organisation and RJVM-Medical ltd.
