What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a complete and comprehensive quote, we would require the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event, the estimated number of guests, potential venue and how many staff you would be looking for. From this, we can use our vast experience and expertise to build a suitable team for your event.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Why would you hire security staff from someone with little to no industry experience? Ask contractors what other events they have worked on, what additional services they can provide. Do they carry out risk assessments of the event and venue? This will give you peace of mind that the service being provided will enhance your event and ensure it's safe and smooth running.

JAR Site Solutions Ltd is a family run business. With over 23 years of experience in the Armed Forces, I decided that it was time to provide a service that was customer orientated and not just about making profits. We enjoy working closely with our clients to ensure a quality service and the smooth running of all events we work on.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had several great bookings through Add to Event, probably the most fun to work on was the Year 11 Prom at The Global Academy in West London. The students and staff were so friendly and helpful throughout the night. The students were more than happy to build rapport with our staff as if they had known them for years and were a credit to the school. We look forward to helping them again this year.
