A really important point is to know the background of the provider and what type of food they are serving, what kind of equipment they have, and if they are flexible with the budget.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I have worked as a chef since 1999 and have travelled around the world cooking, Singapore, Spain, Argentina Indonesia and USA are some of the countries I been working and gaining experience from all different cultures and flavours. My dream always was to have my own food truck and be my own boss and that's what motivated me to be where I'm now.
