What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide an accurate and unique quote, we would need the event date, time, length, venue address and guest count. We would also need a brief description of the type of event, whether it will be located inside or outside, and what/how many items they are looking to enquire about.
For example, 2x Blackjack tables and a photo booth for 4 hours on the 8th of December 2022 for approx. 150 guests. The event will be inside at Fun Casino Nights ltd and it is for our end of year Christmas Party.
From this, we can use our experience to put together a suitable quote and advise accordingly.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly, feel free to ask us as many questions as you like. We would rather converse accurately and advise accordingly from the beginning, so we can provide the best entertainment for your event. Secondly, feel free to call us or organise a Zoom meeting with us to discuss events further. We are happy to talk you through our requirements as well as yours. Our founder, Christopher discovered a passion for events after several trips to Las Vegas when living in America! From there, we created our company. We love using 'Add to Event', not only is it easy to use but it brings in lots of clients for our Casinos and Photobooths. We have experienced such a swift process and how the casino/photobooth packages we offer, saved the client money by booking separately. We think it is well worth being a part of this.
