For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date, approximate number of guests, time of the event, potential venue, a brief explanation of the type of event and whether it will be held indoors or outdoors. Based on this information we can put together a menu proposal and plan accordingly.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, ask the provider about the product they are offering. Ask about different menu options and mention any special dietary requirements you might need to be catered for in advance. If you already have a date and a place in mind, please make sure that you mention that as well to make sure the provider is still available for our selected date and venue.
