We treat each event on a bespoke basis, and no two events are the same. It really helps us supply an in-depth quotation if we have as many details as possible, even the small one. Then we can ensure every box is ticked. We also have an event questionnaire available that helps us get the information we need.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure to get as much information on the services as possible, if you are after a particular product the company may not offer, talk to them and use their event knowledge. Most suppliers will be happy to provide bespoke packages. After all our main aim is to ensure your event goes smoothly. Also, get a written contract from your supplier detailing the service being supplied.

We are a husband and wife team both running multiple businesses in events and hospitality, Felicity has a beverage background owning and managing public houses across London, Alex runs successful catering and bar hire entities at large UK sporting events and festivals. Our knowledge pooled creates a truly bespoke bar hire service. With a focus on the small details and the ultimate in customer service.
