What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

We would require complete information like no. of guests, food requirements, cuisine, any allergies to be looked at, any special dietary requirement, whether the event is indoors or outdoors, will they prefer buffet or table service, how many course meals are they looking for, will they need extra staff, will they require crockery or cutlery or disposable will do, the location of the venue and how long will the event go for. Most of the details are being shared however more the merrier.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Try the food and service before you book your event as this day of celebration you wouldn't want anything to go upside down, meet personally, try what they have to offer and take the decision.
Always remember communication is the key to success. Share as much information as you can with the provider so that they know what you want and what you expect out of them.

We recently catered for a Holi festival which was a bang on, our setup was the most popular amongst the few and everyone had praised us. we have also received special thanks and a memento from the organizers.
