For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a client, ideally we will need the date, a brief explanation of the event they are hosting, date of the event, the estimated number of guest, venue accessibility, indoor or outdoor event, the kind of curries they like, from this we can use our experience and put together a menu and price list.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly ask the provider about the product they are offering, what experience they have in catering, here at Mivesi we understand the need for quality dishes in fast service, our food takes the spotlight and providing wholesome satisfying meal using locally sourced products is our aim! our food is artisan food at it's most direct form.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We started our business as a restaurant in the beautiful market town of Alnwick. Our passion to create amazing flavoursome food is what led us to start the catering business. There is nothing better than seeing the smile of happy customers and enjoying the food that we have created and served with love. Customers are the core focus of our business, and we want to give them a positive experience from our service, We want our customers to feel that they are listened to, by catering to all their allergens. We pride ourselves in our menus, spices and recipes which is accessible for everyone including vegans, vegetarians and other dietary needs.
