What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For Boujee Booths to provide you with a comprehensive quote, what we need is the following: Date you need the mirror, a brief explanation of the type of event that's being hosted, estimated number of guests, venue location, whether its indoor or outdoor , whether there are any access restrictions (i.e. stairs/lifts) & a colour theme. From this we will use our skillset and expertise to put together a bespoke quote and design for you.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would ask the provider about what products they currently offer and preferably some references (if possible) to previous events they have hosted. This can normally be done via their website or social media channels. This should satisfy any urgent questions on whether the provider has suitable experience etc.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We started off the business solely by struggling to find our own magic mirror supplier, we thought the whole process was flawed and thought yes, we can do this better and equally we love photos! Our passion has always been in providing a great experience and we will continue to create bespoke memories for all. We then started the process to get the mirror made and manufactured and off we went..!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

There have been quite a few bookings from Add to Event and they have been super! Our most recent was a baby shower and from start to finish the event couldn't have gone any smoother. Everyone loved the bespoke template we made and I think we ended up printed over 100 photos in approx. 2 or so hours - way too popular ;)

The client who booked us was over the moon and has made several connections with new bookings coming up.
