When it comes to magic, I've found from experience I can entertain up to 40 guests in one hour, 40-70 guests an hour and a half and 80+ guests 2 hours is a good time to get around everyone.

I prefer to entertain during the drinks reception at events. This has the benefit of keeping other family members or friends busy rather than sitting around waiting. I am often hired to entertain during the meals but it can sometimes be distracting with waiters serving food and soup going cold!

I have been performing close-up magic at events around Scotland for over 10+ years now. I truly enjoy entertaining guests and seeing all their smiling faces. I specialise in a more intimate form of close-up sleight of hand entertainment where wonders happen just inches from your eyes.

I perform entertaining and baffling close up magic with playing cards, money and the powers of the mind. I like to keep my magic direct, powerful and easily remembered. I aim to involve everyone in the group and make sure that everyone is having a great time.

I was recently hired to entertain at a 60th birthday party which was for 50 people and I was booked for an hour of strolling magic whilst they mingled with drinks and I was able to entertain everyone in that time. I was performing for groups of 3-5 guests of all ages from 8 to 80 with a mixture of close-up sleight of hand magic with cards, money and mind-reading which everyone enjoyed.
