What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

It is important to get our quotations right first time. Therefore as a supplier, we need as much information as possible to do this. We need to know the location, times and dates of the event and the type of drinks required to be served. An estimated number of guests is also vital, so we can generate the most accurate quotation to suit all parties.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Never just go for the cheapest quotation. Most suppliers I know are also very sociable, so strike a dialogue with the quotations that interest you most. Get a feel for the level of service you are about to commit to.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

After travelling the country operating late night bars and nightclubs, I wanted to expand my experiences and so I decided to delve into the outdoor and mobile events scene. I have not looked back since. I have met fabulous people along the way, and one of the main reasons why I love what I do is the variety of events we operate at - no two events are the same.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

To be honest being new to Add to Event, we are still waiting for the bookings we have gained to happen - our first is this weekend so gearing up for it now!
