What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a quote, we simply need the number of guests, types of food they have in mind, location and confirmation of the power available on site (e.g. 2- 3 pin plugs).
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always look for food images as from this you can see exactly what you're purchasing! Try and get prices from a few vendors and from the menu/images, see which vender is offering the best quality!

With 7+ years in the food and beverage industry, I decided that it was time to put my stamp on something of my own!
