What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quotation to our clients, ideally we would need as much information as possible. We would need the client to let us know the type of event they are having, the event date and location, estimated number of guests and how long the event lasts. With this information, we can use our experience and expertise to design a bespoke quotation to suit the requirements.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly it's best to know what your requirements are. If you do not know this information, then a discussion can be had to try work out what you will need. If you have playlists, a discussion around this will also be needed. I would suggest getting some photos of previous setups and see if they fit with what you want to get out of your event.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Having been invoked in the DJ/MC world for over 24 years, it was a natural progression to become a wedding and events DJ. With a serious passion and wealth of musical experience, it was a no brainer to help people achieve a fantastic party and bring the magic sauce every party deserves.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I had my first Add To Event booking in the town I grew up in. The atmosphere was fantastic and the guests were amazing. We partied all night and I received many compliments throughout the night. It really was the perfect booking.
