What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order for us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the start and finish times, the type or style of music required, the estimated number of guests, and the venue name and location. Whether it's an indoor or outdoor event and if the function room has any steps. an indication of the clients budget would also be good. From this, we can judge whether or not in our opinion we would be a good fit for the customer.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, ask the DJ about the services they are offering. Ask them about any previous experience they have with your particular type of event. Lastly, do they have any reviews that you can read from previous customers?

I have always had a passion for music and the way it can transform peoples moods. After some previous experiences with the mobile disco industry where friends and family were less than happy with the music played at their parties, I felt that by offering people the choice of music that they would like would be a more enjoyable experience for all concerned and have endeavoured to stick to this policy ever since. So my business was born.
