What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To organise a quote it would be great to know more information about the event. Who is the event for? How long would will the event last from the start to the finish? Do you have any specific requirements like equipment or song requests? how big is the venue? What numbers are expected to attend? All of this information would help to provide a comprehensive honest quote specific to your needs :-)
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
How many years of experience do they have? What equipment do they use? Are they recommended by others, are they reliable?
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started out as a resident in a working man's club running disco and karaoke nights. I then teamed up with a local mobile DJ to gain experience. After years of doing this, I spent time building up a quality lighting and PA system and set out on my own. My experience varies from small children’s parties to large-sized weddings and corporate events. Catering to all needs with a huge selection of music and karaoke to suit all. Overall I have over 15 years of experience in covering events and I am proud of the reputation I have built as someone who provides a top-rated service 100% reliable.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I enjoy using Add to Event for bookings it is easy to navigate and easy to connect to clients I would recommend I have confirmed quotes with customers who are happy with prices quoted and with the option for customers to leave reviews is an added bonus. I even have one review where I supplied a disco and karaoke night where a comment was left that a resident had enjoyed it so much they got up to dance despite being in their 90’s and normally wheelchair-bound :-)
