What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

All we need is the date, location and number of guests to provide a quote. If you require anything like gazebos, tables, chairs or cutlery then do let us know as we can rent these to you at a great price. We pride ourselves in making your event hassle free so if you require anything special to help your event run smoothly then please ask! Information about any guests with allergies is essential.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Its always good to ask the provider about the product they are offering to see how passionate they are about it. For example, we make our own pizza dough and prove it for three days before the event to create an irresistible crust, however, others might use pre-cooked bases... No passion - No flavour!!! It is also worth asking about the rate of output to check if your guests will be fed in good time.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

With years of experience in hospitality, we decided to create an events catering company that would impress your guests and help take some pressure off the organiser. We are passionate about making outstanding pizza and providing great service. We wanted to create a spectacle so we decided to convert an old Rice horse trailer and it really looks the part, creating a festival atmosphere at any event - people love to get photos of it!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Well, we've had so many great bookings though Add to Event but one that sticks out was a school camping event. It was very busy but we managed to feed 200 people in a couple of hours! Another food trader pulled out so we saved the day by coming back in the morning to serve breakfast - not something we usually do but after they were let down we wanted to show them that some traders will go above and beyond to make sure the event goes to plan. We recommend Add to Event to everyone!
