"Everything was perfect! We had been chatting to James leading up to the event and he nailed everything. He arrived with everything he needed with things to spare. The food was delicious, timely and gorgeously presented. Most importantly, for us at least, was that we had asked things to be more casual and he struck the perfect balance of letting us be involved and chatting to us while focusing on the food and the presentation.
