What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To be able to give our clients a quote, we only need a few details. The event dates, the event location, number of guests, what our customers are likely to be powering and the number of days our units are needed. From these details we are able to put forward a quote that best suits our clients needs.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Regarding refrigerated trailers and generator hire, the distance away from your provider will really effect the cost. If you're looking to save money on your event, try to find a great local supplier. Sometimes they can be a bit harder to find but the extra effort can really pay dividends. Bristow Events was born out of the love of the events industry. Being around people that are happy to see you when you arrive. Rather than providing a service that's needed rather then wanted. I am extremely passionate about making our clients dreams become reality. Providing the core equipment that is sometimes overlooked at an outside event.

Add to Event have been fantastic!! From the simple payment scheme, to the great way potential customers are brought forward. I have had many bookings from this site that are all over Kent and East Sussex. For my small family business, Add to Event have really helped us grow our customer base.
