Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started the company as I felt that so many companies required extra staff. As I loved the industry, it made sense to work in this field. There are always events going on and you meet some brilliant clients and people that are all happy to help. You have to have a strong passion for events as it needs a lot of attention!
