If you are looking for a quotation, you need to provide the date of the event, the type of event and how many people it will be for. You will also need to specify any special requirements. You may also want to put if you have a budget or an idea of what you are looking to pay and the area the event is in.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You need to specify the level of worker and if they need to be a specialist - for example a mixologist. You will also need to consider any special requirements. If you should need any more staff over what you have booked. check your terms and conditions and cancellation period to avoid future disappointment.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started the company as I felt that so many companies required extra staff. As I loved the industry, it made sense to work in this field. There are always events going on and you meet some brilliant clients and people that are all happy to help. You have to have a strong passion for events as it needs a lot of attention!
