What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To enable a fast and accurate quote it's really great to have an idea of the date, location, estimated number of guests, style of food you are looking for, style of event you are hosting, and the number of hours you want us there. This helps us to best understand how to provide for your needs and, importantly, when we need to start preparing! It will also prevent the provider's wasting your time by asking you a load of questions back and forth.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We think it's important to get to know your provider. Ensure that customer service is high a priority so that your guests have the best experience possible at your event! Next, it's good to know what kind of product you want. Something more traditional, or something a bit more quirky? Finally, it's good to know what kind of provider you want. A provider that's no-fuss straightforward, or someone a bit different that can add something extra special to the event (in the form of aesthetics, immersive theatre, or general fun!)

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

After years of moaning about the corporate rat-race and dreaming of pastures greener, we decided to follow our dream! We have spent many years travelling and sampling delicious local cuisines from around the world (mainly just because they are our favourite things to do!). We have now decided to turn our dreams into a reality and bring some fun into the industry for us and you! Come join us on our crazy experimental culinary journey mixing food, science, and theatre. How are we going to do this? Who knows?! But don't miss out on front row seats to the fun and deliciousness.
