To give a comprehensive quote to a customer, we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guest, and the potential venue, Also if it's an indoor or outdoor event. We can use the information to give a detailed and informed quote, so the more details the better.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a provider, check out the profile page, the website and reviews, this will tell you about how far the provider has gone to try to sell their product. Then ask about the process or procedure for the day of the event, this will give you an idea of how professionally run the event will be run. Ask about the price and if this includes everything, with no extras on top. How many staff might attend the event and what type of equipment or vehicles might attend?

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started my business as I wanted to provide catering the way that I wanted to supply it. I wanted to give my customers whatever they wanted and required, without restricting them. It is not always about the budget that the customer has, because even the smallest of budgets can be accommodated for.

I would definitely recommend Add to Event to others as it has been a good source for business, plus developing the profile of the business and gathering feedback. All of the clients that I have had through Add to Event have been quality customers! I can think of many that have gone very well; in fact pretty much all of them; as the reviews show! I can think of the opening of the new H&M store, whereby we made and served mocktails, plus providing a cocktail bar for over 500 people; it went really well and lots of good feedback. As we provide many services, it is a good platform to be able to offer customers whatever they require. Whenever possible I try to promote Add to Event to other suppliers and customers.
