What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to be able to provide a quote we would need the event date, amount of people attending, Event address. allergies and if you require staff to man the machines or cart.
Also the theme so colours or anything that will help us to personalise the cart or items.
This will help us supply an accurate quote and provide the best products and correct decor to match

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure to check if the provider has the correct items you require, and check that the service provider can provide pictures of the products so you can get a better idea of what you will be hiring.
Search the company's website and social media to check out what kind of company they are as you will get a better feel for the company by researching them.
Also ask as many questions as you need to and make sure the supplier can provide you with answers.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

My husband often says that I don't stop until it's perfect. So with that, I have put my passion and energy into providing a service that is perfect for my customers. So thank him for driving his wife crazy!

I have loved events ever since I got married 10 years ago, it was all I was focused on and the enjoyment I got from it I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of, I then went on to work in the wedding industry as a wedding planners assistant.
So every day working alongside brides to make sure they had the best day was so important to me.
I understood the stresses and how important all the little final details were and this is something I've taken with me into Just Because. Providing all those little details to make people happy, there is no better feeling.
Then as my family started to grow I decided it was time to become my own boss and invest in something that I loved and that is how Just Because came to life.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We recently had a booking through Add to Event it was for the British Library's 50th birthday celebration we provided popcorn to over 400 people including Stephen Fry.
We had great feedback and everybody enjoyed the popcorn so much that we had queues constantly throughout the night, we really enjoyed the event and of course the pressure as we had to stop service while speeches were going ahead, so following this we had run out of fresh popcorn.
As soon as speeches were over we had to start getting warm popcorn up and running while the queue continued to grow, we did this and kept all the guests happy by talking to them and making sure they knew what was going on.
We left very happy and of course very tired, but wow what an event to be a part of :)
