Coffees And Creams LTD are a family-run business. They are a mobile bean-to-cup fantastic coffee van/ice cream van and catering van with a difference. They cater for all your much-needed and loved events. They also offer Event Organising for those who need help to create the best Event for those special people. Buffet finger food is now available too.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We need the date, location, length of time and also the mileage to the event and also what they would like us to supply at the event, ie coffee, ice cream, bubble tea and popcorn or just part of what we supply so we can provide a quote.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for certificates and proof of insurances etc, ask what the different bits they supply and can they cater for everything you would like, ask for their coffee and ice cream menu and why you should choose them. Ask if they need a deposit or if they have any social network sites or websites to look for reviews
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Coffees And Creams LTD was born because we love coffee and most places we go with the kids etc or together we look for somewhere to serve coffee. We realised there are just not enough coffee vans about, and not everyone wants Mr whippy so we decided to research and find the best Cornish ice cream suppliers. we decided to buy a popcorn machine for events and decided to sell bubble tea as a mobile boba shop. we have done a lot of research to get where we are and the suppliers we have found. we are a family trying to start a future for our kids and look forward to meeting people and helping at charities.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have 2 booked and have not yet been to them but we are very excited for them and the future with Add to Event helping our business grow.
