What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To provide an accurate quote it is important to know what part of the wedding day you want to be photographed, is from first thing capturing the preparations through to the first dance or perhaps just the ceremony. It also helps to know what time the ceremony is and roughly how many guests you are having.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would strongly suggest when looking for a photographer for your wedding that you select 3/4 photographers who are within your budget and whose photographs you like and ask them to meet with you. This will allow you the opportunity to view complete weddings they have photographed and most importantly how relaxed you feel with the photographer, it is so important that you like the person who will be photographing your magical day.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I have been taking photographs since the days of film and have always had a passion for my work. I am so lucky that I get to capture the moments that people will treasure for a lifetime, I can't imagine doing anything else.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Add to Event is a great booking platform, I've had so many enquiries come in. I can't choose a favourite wedding from those that I have photographed as each was special and unique in its own way, but I certainly recommend Add to Event to all my photographer friends for the diversity of leads you receive.
