About Milano Catering
I have been working in London for the past 30 years, initially as a pastry chef at Villandry and later as a chef and head chef at various restaurants, most notably La Fromagerie, Zucca, Rochelle Canteen, Duck Soup, York and Albany and the Mistley Thorn near Manningtree as well as a stint in Bologna at the historic Caminetto d'Oro.
I aim to provide a friendly, informal, and yet professional service, My objective is to understand the needs of the customer and the type of experience sought. From birthday parties to dinner parties to small corporate events, my goal is to deliver delicious, homemade food, using only the best seasonal produce, locally sourced. Be it Rustic Italian, Modern British, or Classic French, your food will be fresh, tasty, and made with love and attention to your taste and preferences.
