What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer we would need the event date, a description of the event they will be holding, whether it's an indoor or outdoor event, how many people will be attending, a description of what they would like us to do, dress code for our staff and organiser rules.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would tell them to research the local companies in the area, look at reviews, get some quotes and ask around to see if anyone has ever used them.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

BlueMotion Group was started because of all the staffing companies within the industry providing sub-standard work and ethics. With the right team under me I know I can provide a great service and count on every one of my employees.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Last week we had a Halloween party that needed security due to the way the last party they held ended (an issue with gatecrashers and fights breaking out). With us being there, there were no gatecrashers or any fights. The clients were at ease with our presence being there. That's our goal - to make the client happy throughout the event and when we leave, we leave knowing we did a good job.
