Neptune Bars we’re fantastic! They supplied a service for my wedding day. They set up the day before and it was a quick and efficient. Matt was incredible at communicating and making sure everything was perfect for our day. It’s evidently clear that he has experience in the industry and knew exactly what to do, what was needed and how to go around it. I would have no hesitation in saying that Matt is the most professional person I have worked with. Not only was Matt brilliant but the Bar staff were amazing and friendly. Mat from Neptune Bars was incredibly helpful, diligent throughout planning for the wedding and the event itself. Very professional on the day and went above and beyond at points. He and his staff were friendly and efficient. They made our day a lot easier. The bar had a great range of drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic and was set up in a great way to make the most of the space in the venue. The prosecco and wine as part of the package were lovely and we have had multiple compliments from our guests on the day. We would absolutely recommend Neptune Bars and would use them again in the future

Mat and his team were very engaging from the off, meeting us at the venue a couple of months before to run through the day and answer any questions. On the wedding day Mat was punctual and sorted setting up the bar himself with minimal engagement needed from the party members. We had a small issue of one of the requested beers not being available on the day, however this did not detract from what was a smooth hassle free experience from Neptune Bars, highly recommend!
