Our coffee beans are from speciality coffee specialists, Redemption Roasters.

We use the Aylesbury Blend, so called after the place where it is roasted, Aylesbury Prison. Redemption Roasters help young offenders by teaching them professional coffee roasting and competition-level barista techniques, so on release, they have new skills and employment opportunities. With every cup, you’ll be supporting these people to build a new and exciting life in the coffee industry. Ethical beans and socially responsible roasting that tastes delicious. What’s not to like!

We team our coffee with specialist barista-grade dairy milk from Northiam Dairy. The Dairy is nestled twixt the Kent and Sussex Downs. They have a beautiful herd of pampered cows which produce the yummiest milk. In addition to all the regular checks, the milk is froth tested daily. We also stock barista grade oat and soya m*lks.

So whatever your preference, we can guarantee you a superior cup of coffee.

In addition to speciality coffee, we also serve delicious Birchall teas, luxury hot chocolates (including chilli and dark chocolate), Kentish Taywell ice cream, plus an array of top notch snacks.
