Phoenix Wood Fired Pizza

Phoenix Wood Fire Pizzas were brilliant! From the initial.stages of booking, to the communication, arrived ahead of time and were all fired up and ready to go on our requested serve up time. The pizzas and salads were so good - the excellent ingredients certainly play a part. A firm favourite was the prosciutto, brie and cranberry! Everyone commented on how delicious the food was and how professional everything was. Thank you to James and Polly for making our Gin Tasting event such a success.

Having pizzas was a move away from our usual annual company BBQ and the feedback so far has been very positive. On the day, Polly and James worked tirelessly to provide us with absolutely delicious, freshly cooked pizzas and the pizza aficionados thought they were the best they had tasted outside of Italy - praise indeed! Prior to the day, communication with James was easy and any replies to my questions were well considered and prompt. There was flexibility on the choice of toppings to accommodate all tastes and dietary requirements.
I would highly recommend Phoenix Wood Fired Pizza Ltd and hope to use them again.
James and Polly were lovely to work with - efficient, friendly and above all, they cook great pizzas!

James and Polly did an incredible job catering for our corporate event yesterday. Their communication and organisation was brilliant and their wood fired pizzas are delicious! They were happy to cater for all of our dietary requirements and we couldn't have asked for anything more from them. Phoenix Wood Fired Pizza filled in for our event at very late notice, which we are really grateful for. Communication was great throughout and we couldn't of asked for nicer, friendly people! The service on the day was fantastic and we heard nothing but great things about the quality and taste of the food (which from personal experience was amazing!).
