We smoke our chicken over charcoal and flavored wood chunks in a safe, friendly, and professional environment with fire blankets and frequently serviced fire extinguishers.
We are NCASS registered and have all our risk assessments in place and available to view when requested.
All our chefs and food handlers are trained to level 3 in Food Safety & Hygiene, We have a 5-star Food & Hygiene rating from Stevenage Council, Hertfordshire.
