I run a bespoke and fine dining catering service. I am a certified master chef with 3 michelin star training and a wealth of experience from around the world.
As a professionally trained chef with 18 years experience, I started my career in fine dining restaurants where I went on to become the youngest chef in the UK to be certified as a ‘Master Chef of Great Britain’. Since this, I have headed up and co-launched an award-winning restaurant rated as one of the best coastal eateries in England. For the last six years I have worked internationally as a private chef where I have had the good fortune to win super yacht chef awards and to develop expertise within International cuisine, michelin star cooking, diet and nutrition alongside working for Royal Family.
I provide catering for private dinners, events, weddings, parties.
Chef Ed provided the catering for me for a 40th birthday party for 15 people. He turned up really well prepared and delivered the meal exactly at the time we'd requested. He was super organised and a pleasure to have around. He was also excellent value for money.
As for the food, the flavours and concept were both excellent. We'd asked for a sociable sharing menu with Arabic influences. Chef Ed produced a delicious cold mezze to start with that had everyone going back for seconds, then a hot course, a 'proper' home made frangipane tart and finally, a cheese board filled only with locally sourced cheeses.
We didn't even have to do the washing up at the end of the evening... perfection!
