About Proper Pizzas
We trade from our newly converted old Richardson horse trailer, giving that 'vintage' look to our set up, once dressed with our bunting and lighting, along with a few other extra touches, we feel our trailer looks the part.
We try to use as many local producers, suppliers and farm shops for our ingredients where we can, so we can offer the best quality pizzas, for the best possible price, meaning we are a very competitive option in comparison to traditional catering options.
As a family, we love our little business and hope that reflects in the product and service we offer.
We offer freshly prepared, tasty wood fired pizzas, cooked in our wood fired pizza oven, along with the following options and services ;
Plates, Napkins, Sauces and Jalapenos are included in our price.
Fresh green and mixed salads are available, as well as homemade coleslaw.

Easy communication, great set up and value.
Mark provided a perfect service, great communication and flexibility on our needs. Set up was hassle free and visually looked great. However the main thing was the pizzas were superb with some great and different flavours and toppings. Highly recommended and would 100% use again.
Excellent pizzas with great service
Mark provided great support in organising a Christmas treat for our staff (around 65 people). The menu was interesting and extensive, and every single colleague thought the pizzas were fantastic — some saying they were the best pizzas they'd had in the UK.
Given the bad weather and the current requirements for COVID-safe procedures, everything went perfectly and exactly to schedule. We will definitely be repeating the exercise as soon as possible in 2021. Thanks again.

Communication from Mark from planning to delivery was first class.
The variety of pizzas all served from the pristine trailer were very appealing to the eye and although didn’t taste myself the guests who ate said they were excellent.
A great business ran by a lovely guy. Recommend highly.
