We cook over wood & charcoal, adding delicious aromas to your meal. Our unique, homemade equipment has been specially designed to maximise flavours.

We only source ingredients of the highest quality, from sustainable sources, and we treat them with the care and attention that great quality produce deserves.

We prepare our products at our production site and cook them to perfection on the site of your event.

We cater events all over the South West and further afield by request.
