Uzo was so professional from the get go. The guests at the event thoroughly enjoyed all the food and there was ample left over too. He was so organised and well prepared. Once he left, you wouldn't haven't even known he was there because he tidied up so well. We will most definitely be using Grill Master again...

Uzo and team were fantastic - very responsive during contract closing, well prepared with all necessary docs, absolutely reliable. He arrived on time, worked according to his timetable and the result - the food - was fantastic. The whole party enjoyed it. Chicken Peri Peri got all thumbs up, Burger were great and people also loved his salads. We enjoyed his potato salad for two more days when we finished up the left overs. Uzo from Grill master attended to cater for my wife’s 40th birthday. Uzo turned up on time, set up his equipment with no fuss. Uzo has a very relaxed and friendly approach. However more importantly all who attend the party absolutely loved the hog roast provided by Uzo. Lots of discussions about the preparation of the hog and how it had been marinated etc. The weather was not the best, very windy at times, but again Uzo continued with his professional approach. The amount of food provided, was absolutely amazing. Actually probably far too much, but this made the guest even happier as everyone had the opportunity to take a lot of the hog home. Uzo homemade coleslaw was out of this world. I was a bit apprehensive when booking,but it was great

Lovely food, generous portions, nice and hot!
We had everything we needed, apart from a slight hitch with no vegan option being available, and the food was quickly served so it was still hot. There was plenty of everything for 90 people and some even had seconds. The salads were lovely and there was a huge choice of sauces. Uzo arrived pretty much on the dot and worked so hard and cleaned everything up so all was left spotless. The desserts were really yummy too and the gluten-free carrot cake was beautiful. It was the perfect catering solution for a big party. Thank you so much!
