Polite & professional throughout the whole process. We discussed requirements and none of our requests were too much trouble. Uzo arrived in good time to set up, cooked & served the food and cleared up afterwards as if he had never been there! There was more than enough food for everyone and as the Grill Master brought everything with him there was no worry if we had forgotten anything prior to the event. I hired Grill Master BBQ Catering Service for a party I hosted for 40 people in a barn. Although the weather wasn't great, Uzo turned up early with a big smile on his face.
The hog roast was excellent and so were the vegetarian options. What's more, he helped give me advice on timings (everything was a bit chaotic!) and set everything up beautifully. The was also NO shortage of food!

From the moment I contacted Uzo I was impressed. He turned up at our initial meeting full of ideas and enthusiasm. He worked with me on the menu and was always quick to reply by email and phone.
