About Barbecue Grill Master
Welcome to Barbecue Grill Master. We are a family run all weather outdoor catering company available for hire. We operate in Essex and surrounding counties in England. We pride ourselves in providing you the best quality grills and roasts for all your events.
The creativity in our grills has made us the one stop shop for all outdoor catering, BBQ catering, Hog Roast catering and corporate events. We have amazing flavours and an exciting range of meat, poultry and sea food for you to choose from, including any special request.
All our food is fresh and sourced from local produce, we supply Halal meats and our suppliers are in London and Essex Farms.
We grill using charcoal grills to bring out the true BBQ Flavour, in a friendly and professional environment. Our menu is available to view on our website.
We are very compliant, and have all our risk assessments (Available on request).

level 2 & 3 - Food Safety & Hygiene for catering certificate
Food & Hygiene rating of 5 from Castle Point Council
Allergy Certification by The Food Standards Agency

Uzo and team were amazing ! Food was excellent and everyone said how tasty it was . There was plenty of food for people to have seconds and they organised containers for people to be able to take out or have later in the evening if they got peckish again!

Couldn't fault Grill Master
The company were easy to deal with and organise, showed up in good time to begin preparations and food smelled great within 30 minutes. There was plenty of food for everyone and the meat was well seasoned. The chicken was particularly spicy for most, so might be worth requesting less spice if your team aren't into spicy foods. Great value for money and would use again for future events, thank you Uzo & team!

Arrived on time , food delivered on time . Everyone enjoyed the barbeque and there was very little left over. Very professional organisation and I would definitely recommend them.

Guests at our evening wedding reception were amazed by the quality, choice and quantity of food that was on offer. People just kept saying how wonderful the food was.
There had been a last minute menu change because of supply issues but Uzo delivered something even better that people loved.
Despite having to negotiate the M25 on a Friday afternoon they arrived on time and everything was timed to perfection I couldn't have wished for anything more on our special day, when you have so many other things to worry about.
Uzo , wow you certainly delivered above and beyond my expectations and for a very reasonable price compared to other quotes I was given.
