About Barbecue Grill Master
Welcome to Barbecue Grill Master. We are a family run all weather outdoor catering company available for hire. We operate in Essex and surrounding counties in England. We pride ourselves in providing you the best quality grills and roasts for all your events.
The creativity in our grills has made us the one stop shop for all outdoor catering, BBQ catering, Hog Roast catering and corporate events. We have amazing flavours and an exciting range of meat, poultry and sea food for you to choose from, including any special request.
All our food is fresh and sourced from local produce, we supply Halal meats and our suppliers are in London and Essex Farms.
We grill using charcoal grills to bring out the true BBQ Flavour, in a friendly and professional environment. Our menu is available to view on our website.
We are very compliant, and have all our risk assessments (Available on request).

Fantastic service, prompt and delicious food!

Uzo is amazing, very professional and well organised. Uzo takes care of everything so we could just enjoy food with Covid safety standards - and the food was absolutely amazing.

Superb service, excellent food.
From the initial enquiry through to the food service, Uzo provided an excellent service, great communication and advice. A very professional approach at all times. On the day of the event, all the guests were impressed with not only the quality of the food provided but also the amount of food on offer, very tasty and scrumptious and the great service provided by Uzo.
Unfortunately I do not have any photos of the food on the day, but I would not hesitate to use Uzo at future events, certainly other guests asked for his contact details.

Amazing Caterers!!
I used the Grill Master BBQ Catering service for my birthday garden party with about 20-25 guests.
When booking Uzo was very helpful with what he would be able to do for my party & very informative of the new restrictions and health and safety put in place due to COVID.
On the day the food was an absolute hit with everyone!! It was amazing, I had guests messaging me after raving about it all! Uzo had suggested the food selection and it was perfect for everyone from burgers & sausages to prawns and even home made salads.
I want to say a massive thank you to Uzo (who made catering for that many guests look so easy!!). I would definitely recommend Grill Master BBQ catering service to everyone & I will definitely be using again!!

We were very happy with the quality and content of the hog roast and sides and the cakes were to die for. All of our guests were very happy with food as well

Provided good quality food at a reasonable price. Food was ready when planned and everybody enjoyed it.
Lovely team, very organised & great with customers
We hired these two for a Burns Night supper and they were incredible! They provided haggis, vegan haggis, chicken and all the burns night trimmings! Everything was super tasty, there was plenty for everyone and they are lovely to work with. Very organised, tidy and on time!
