My coffee journey began in Perth, Australia, and evolved through years of experience as a Head Barista, SCA competitor, and the 2024 UK Barista League Champion. Having spent my career mastering the craft from large-scale industrial roasting and wholesale management to specialised production I have now returned to my roots to focus on what I love most: boutique micro-roasting and exceptional service.
