For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, we need to know the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event and whether it is inside or outdoors. We need to know the estimated number of guests. And we would also appreciate the organiser telling us about the access to water supply and electricity.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would recommend looking at the reference section. And contacting the person directly to discuss things in more detail. The more information gained, the better.

I wanted to operate the most sophisticated and beautifully designed mobile coffee unit. I came across the Coffee Trike and can't recommend it enough. It brings a smile to the faces of both hosts and guests.
