I would definately use uk karaoke hire again. The equipment was top quality and a highlight of my 30th birthday party. Service was great and delivery and pick up were on time and took only a few minutes.
Lack of communication
I made several attempts to contact this company either by phone or email. Even after paying my deposit, they failed to get back in contact me - finally after finding another number through Facebook, I was able to make contact with them. Chris the delivery man was extremely nice and helped set up the machine. And text me the next day to pick up - no complaints with him only the lack of communication.
Can't fault them
Really pleased with how easy and stress free it was using UK Karaoke Hire. The equipment was a massive hit at our party and well worth the money. Every member of the team was polite and professional too. We were very impressed.

the equipment was good and as needed for the event. the arrival was not as confirmed and late causing some delays for us on site.
