First impressions count and John was very efficient at communicating with me which was an immediate hit. We booked for my family occasion and John was there promptly at very early hours as requested. The equipment was super and did everything we needed. The collection was again prompt and smooth sailing. John was also ever so friendly and lovely to do business with.
