John was prompt, friendly, very accommodating on drop/pick up times. My light up numbers looked great. Definitely would recommend.

John is so lovely and has provided such a fantastic service for me. I had to move timings multiple times and he accommodated me every time, he’s so patient and understanding. His colleague Mark who delivered our dance floor is super friendly and did a great job. Just an absolute amazing company to do business with! John will not let you down.

From the beginning Rock Box were great with communication they provided details of all products and services so I could decide exactly what I wanted. When I was unsure I was able to get advice from John to make a final decision- great customer service.
My quote was informative and broken down so I knew exactly what I was paying for.
On the day itself the set up was efficient and when finished was given a quick tour and how to use functions on the marquee.
I would definitely use again and have already recommended to friends and family.
